I am familiar with January to December. But I am not so familiar with the Jewish calendar. It seems redundant. And what’s with all the holidays? Rosh this and Purr that. The first Mitzvah given to the people was to bless the new moon. Huh? This seems more pagan than Jewish. And, if you have ever walked by a synagogue around the 15th of the month, you know that Jews actually do bless the moon. What is this all about? Can’t we just celebrate our New Year with everyone else? Whoa, I think I need a holiday…
